Upon receipt of a request for court records, the Scottsdale City Court will assess the following fees: Record Request Fee A $17 Record Request Fee will be applied to all records requests ( A.R.S. 22-404 ). Copy Fees All copy requests are subject to a $0.50 per page fee ( A.R.S. 22-404 ). Certification Fees

Once the Court receives the proof, it may take 4-5 working days for the Court to process and mail a decision back to you. You will be mailed a Court Balance Due Date with a 30-day deadline for paying the fine assessed. The Court Balance Due Date comes with a $20 time payment fee that will be added to your case balance.
